Transparent air sac on my chick need help please!!!

Hi, my little chick is probably around 2 months old and all of a sudden her crop, I think, is swollen for three days now and to top it all off she has this little transparent and squishy sac near her neck and I have no idea what to do, I'm so scared, I don't want her to die. She's been weak, I've been giving her food and water with sugar and salt with a dropped and I just don't know what to do anymore.
