Ruptured Air sac?

I’m thinking my two call ducklings have ruptured air sacs. Is that what this is? My daughter asked me what was wrong with their necks so I thought maybe they were getting new feathers. When changing their bedding tonight, I noticed it’s swollen and red on both of them in the same spot. WHAT DO I DO???
 
Make sure the area is not their crop where the food and water is stored. A ruptured air sac is when they have air under the skin, usually from a bump or injury, but sometimes from an infection. It would help to see a picture and know where the problem is. Do you have male ducks or other birds who could be bothering or pecking them?
