Is it safe to transport my eggs on day 17/18 I will be going to my patents home and won't return till day 22. How can I go about transporting my eggs for an hour drive? Would they be fine in a car for an hour? Please help :)

The eggs should be fine for an hour just be careful of bumpy roads that may crack the eggs. I'd put them in an egg carton for transport.

Do you have a heating pad that would plug into your car? You could set them in a carton on that, or put them in the floor with the heat turned up high (that's what I did while driving baby chicks home for an hour.)

I had to move my entire cabinet incubator FULL of eggs. I didn't have any different hatch rate. I just unplugged, loaded it in the back of the truck and moved. I don't think an hour will hurt.

Thank y'all! I put them in an egg carton wrapped them in a towel and put them in the floorboard by the heater. They all seem to be doing fine I just candled them for the last time before lockdown :)
