Oh God, I know how you feel. I had (have) the same problem except it's about 2 older hens (1 extremely dominant) and a bunch of younger ones.
Well, chicken jail might work but Topaz must be totally separated (the other chickens can't see her) and longer than a week (I think at least 2 weeks).
I haven't tried that myself (don't really have anywhere to put them). Being the rooster and disciplining them didn't help, maybe because I can't be with them all the time so I'm going to get rid of the dominant ones. Either rehoming them or broth
It's been several months now so no chance for things getting better
I also had a problem with a crazy quail - she seriously damaged another hen twice so had to be let free on the field - I can't and won't tolerate that.
