I am selling 3 of our silkie Roos 2 of them will be driving 4 hrs do you know have to give them food and water without them drenching thier travel bin and spilling food everywhere?

They will be fine for 4 hours. Just give them water immediately when they arrive. Maybe pack some canned corn to feed them when you stop for gas.
