'Treat' Food Question

I've read a few lists of Dos and Don'ts for 'treat foods for my girls. My question is, at what age is it ok to start giving them such treats and broccoli, table scraps, etc.? My girls are 6 weeks old now. Too soon? If so, how much longer? TIA!

As long as they have access to grit treats are okay at 6 weeks. Mine have been free range on one acre since 4 weeks. They are 7 weeks now and i haven't had a problem.
