I have a 24 week old cuckoo maran that I expected to see dead this morning but she is still alive. She is lethargic, just sitting and deep breathing but no rattles, mucous, etc. She ate some hard boiled egg, some baby bird food/vitamins. I also gave her several drops of bird vitamins. While doing so, she let out a watery poo but it had no blood in it. My question is should I treat for cocci? I have corrid & sulmet on hand. None of the other birds are exhibiting any signs of illness.

I checked the poo chart but nothing looked quite like it. Her poo was yellow and mostly watery. I noticed a few drops of blood on the roosting perch and dropping board about two weeks ago but none since and didn't think much about it. I'm wondering if I should treat for cocci if there is no blood in the poo.

I have the liquid Corid. It is 9.6% Oral Solution. Do you have any idea how much I should use and what ratio to water I should mix it?
