no, but if you using shavings from cedar or somthing like that . that is bad. But treated wood is fine.

I guess building with pressure treated lumber is OK, but avoid the sawdust and don't use PT shavings for litter.
Actually, a dust mask is advised when cutting it.
And whatever you do, don't burn it in the BBQ or fireplace!
