Treated with CORID and still some red poop

HI - I've treated my chickens for 6 days with CORID. They all are eating and active, but there is still are some red droppings. Should I continue with the CORID?

How old are they? Are they eating and drinking? Active? Poop pictures? You can treat them for 7 days, and if they still seem to be needing it, reduce the Corid to 1/3 the dose for another 5 days.

Thank you. They are 15 months old. They are eating and active - I think I know which chicken it is... I will continue to treat them for another week.
