Hi. I have two hens. I discovered what appeared to be a thin white worm that looked like a noodle in some droppings. We were admist major snow storms so i treated them with vinegar & garlic in the water. Now the snow has melted and I cleaned out the entire coop and raked out the enclosure then I treated the water with wazine and dusted the nesting boxes & chicken run with DE. I have 3 baby chicks in the house that will be introduced once they are feathered and ready. My question is will I need to treat the flock again with wazine once the new babes are introduced?
I would hate to bring in new birds & find out my other birds still have worms and they all get infested. I have not seen any worms recently but from the research I've done decided they must be treated.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Birds can harbor worms without any visible signs. You might want to take a stool sample to a veterinarian, that would tell you if they had worms and if so what kind, so you could use the best treatment for them. Chicken worm eggs are very similar to those of other animals, so any vet should be able to run it.
