Treating for Parasites using Ivomec

Is this the product that I need? The one I've heard people say they apply a tiny drop of on the back of the chicken's neck? I want to be 100% sure I order the right thing.

I'm not actually trying to treat worms, I'm trying to treat external parasites... sorry I should have been more specific. My roosters have mites in their combs- I've been using bag balm on them but that takes many applications to be effective and, well, my roosters are no fun to catch. I just read a post that said a tiny drop of injectable (not injected) on the back of the neck will get rid of external parasites like lice and mites, and was making sure this is the right product.
