treating soil? Adding 9 week old chicks to pen? Cocci?

I have 6 week old chicks in a pen. I think one has coccidiosis, and put in a quarantine cage. I wanted to add the 9 week old chicks to the pen. Can I do this? Can I treat the soil? Would it be enough to put meds in the water? Or medicated feed?

Should I wait and not put anyone on the soil?
