I hope so, maybe the picking was because they're both boys? I will post pictures when I pick up the new girls. I hate to let Indie and Raj go but I know they will be well taken care of and will be surrounded by females to keep them happy.

Ok, here are the new girls

They are mixed breed and were hatched this spring. He has muskovies, Khaki's, Black East Indies, the biggest Pekins I have ever seen, and a really pretty cream colored duck with tan patches. so they're mutts but beautiful.

It was VERY hard saying goodbye to Indie and Raj

but after they're quarantined for a few weeks they're going to have their pick of sexy girl duckies!

I know what some of you are going to say...they should have had more time to get to know each other before they were allowed together. I had them separated BUT, these girls are able to fly/flutter over the divider. I came in this morning and they were all together.

Just give them some good routine, maybe even insisting on being there on the weekends, at least for a couple weeks will get the girls on your side. They hate change of routine.

Even if you toss them in the pool she won't eat them?
