Okay so my chicks were all injured by the ferocious little b@sterds know as the fire ant sorry for the language but in my defense all 11 of my chick were almost taken all out anyways so I read that white distilled vinegar is a great treatment for them and I know it works because I've used it on my own children whenever they would get stung by very insects and things works wonders I'm on my way to the store to get some now and I was curious to know how much I deluded by before I apply it to my chicks

Yeah I was going to go there later on today and get them some stuff but right now I just wanted something that was immediate relief to them because they're all like sitting in slow motion you should not be able to put a check and it just stands there letting you do it I'm pretty sure they're all just in shock and in a lot of pain I'm hoping the poison did not get into them too bad and there be any long-term damage to them

To reach down in and pet a chick*** sorry I was trying to use talk and text but unfortunately it's been a constant struggle between me and Google

I understand. I'm sure they're in a lot of discomfort, and I'm not sure how much damage the ant venom can do. I personally would not bathe them in vinegar (that might put an already stressed chick over the edge), but it probably wouldn't hurt to soak a cotton ball and dab a little on their wounds. Maybe dilute it 50/50 with water so it's not too overwhelming.

Okay yeah you might be right about that I'll get some cotton balls too after all they were almost just eaten alive

Poor things. Fire ants are awful. I'm always scanning my yard, trying to make sure there aren't any mounds. They're an ever-present burden around here.

Thank you I'll go ahead and do that because I was just going douce them in it get done over with so they are in as much pain because right now they're in so much that they're in shock but thank you for the tip of the cotton ball and I'll for sure do 50/50
