good afternoon, so after my busybody hen got a sour crop and now being treated for it, how long should I treat her with miconazole and when can she go back to eating and drinking with her coop mates.

I usually leave my hens with their flock even if they need some sort of treatment. Does she have a large puffy crop with a sour or bad odor from her beak? Are you checking it in early morning to see if it is emptying? This article by azygous is helpful in identifying and treating crop disorders:
