Treats and Grit

I gave my babies some peas and lettuce today for the first time, and they loved them! However when I offered grit, they just ignored it. I left some in their tub with them, should I be worried?

I just put out a bowl by their food and water. They will eat it as needed and just leave it out.

I've been leaving it near their food for a few days and they never seem to touch it.

If you take them out to free range they may not need grit so much, they will pick up tiny pebbles and dirt as needed. But it is a good idea to leave it by the food and water just like needlessjunk said they will use it when needed
