Tree identification!

Like above- you can use an App for this. The one I prefer is from NatGeo called "SEEK". It's incredible... I like IDing things on my own, but this app is totally free and works amazing about 90% of the time. It also shows you a map around you where that species is.

Seek also can ID insects, animals, mushrooms... basically anything.

90% may not be good enough if you use it for mushrooms. The ones I use give a percentage on how sure they are. But they cost 20 bucks a year.

even with those check books and other mushroom people before popping one in your mouth. Or offer them to your spouse first….

Lol indeed. I usually refrain from eating the trees and plants I identify.

I did almost eat my chickens though because Seek identified them as Domestic Jungle Fowl.
