Tricide-Neo

Is Neomycin Sulfate the same as Tricide-Neo? If it is, it is a lot less expensive than Tricide-Neo.

It has Neomycin Sulfate in it, but has other stuff also.
Ingredients on my package of Tricide-Neo say:
"When added to 1 gallon of water, solution contains: 8 mM USP Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate dihydrate, 20 mM USP 2-Amino-2 hydroxymethyl-1, 3-propanediol, and 1.9 gm USP Neomycin sulfate. "
