Tricks to feed oral antibiotic

We have seven 10 week old turkeys, a few have diarrhea so the vet gave us an oral antibiotic. I'm not crazy about using an eyedropper because that's made previously friendly turkeys avoid us (these are pets). They love bread, but don't seem to like it with the antibiotic on it. Is there anything young turkeys really like that we could hide the antibiotic in/on and trick them into eating it?

Don't know about turkeys, but chickens love watermelon and since it's already "wet" maybe they wouldn't notice the antibiotic squirted on top? Or maybe inject it into a small piece, one for each turkey?
