Trimming Scissor Beaks

I know you need to trim Scissor Beak chickens. Do you trim both the bottom and the top beak?

I always trimmed the top unless it's absolutely necessary to trim the bottom as well. I had a cross beak for years and I trimmed her lower beak once but would trim the upper every month.hope this helps. God bless
