Trouble After Lockdown

I just hatched some eggs that I got from ebay. Out of 18 eggs only 3 of them didn't grow. 7 hatched but it looks like at least 6 of the ones that didn't hatch made it to lockdown and then died.

Has anyone ever had something similar happen. I'm not sure what I did wrong at lockdown.

I am in the middle of my first hatch and am so scared about the lockdown. I know that people will want to know what kind of incubator and what was your heat and humidity before and after lockdown? So sorry for those that didnt make it, I want to hear what the pros have to say!

I find that doing an eggtopsy afterwards is very educational.
Did the chick internally Pip?
Was there excess liquid in the aircell?
Was the membrane stuck to the chick? Was it in the right position?
Was the aircell irregular?
Etc etc etc

I always have a few that make it to lockdown and don't hatch. Especially with shipped eggs. Usually due to aircell issues. It doesn't mean you have done anything wrong.
