The last couple days someone I know has been trying to create a BYC account and it keeps being refused for some reason we haven't been able to pinpoint.
Could whichever staff member could help maybe PM me? Otherwise I believe he used the contact form the other day but hasn't received a response, going directly through him might be easiest as I'm not sure what information exactly he's been trying to register with.
