I am on my 2nd batch of eggs from my laying hens with no success yet. I know the first batch went bad due to having an old incubator that didn't hold regular temp. So I bought a new one with the autmatic turner...they should be hatching today, but no pecking noise, no sign of hatching yet. I did forget to check the water the first week and it went dry, but I don't know for how long. Couldn't have been very long and we live in a humid climate, Oklahoma. Could this have ruined my eggs? When I candler them I do see what looks like viable eggs, but they don't really look developed enough for the length of time. Any advise is appreciated.

its alrite jsu tbe paitient because hte amount of days didnt coresspond with the development just wait extra days dont worry u will have to wait it out

If the eggs are due today do your air cells look large enough? Also if you hold the egg to your ear you may hear faint tapping noises which would confirm internal pipping.

Here's a link to a guide that explains this in more detail and may help you further;
