Yes we did remove the turner on day 18, as for humidity we just followed the directions and filled two of the water slots instead of just one.
Is this what you do to get the readings you are looking for?
We just shut down the incubator and inspected the eggs of the 22 left 3 had what looked like mostly developed chicks.
With our old incubator our humidity control was one bowl of water with a sponge for the first 18 days and 2 bowls for the last 3 days and it seemed to work.
We are going to set again this week and hopefully we can figure out what went wrong. Small point down in the turner and better monitoring of the humidity will be the changes.
