Trouble walking

Hi, I am new at raising chickens. I just hatch my only two chicks 6 days ago. I notice one of my chicks suddly starting having trouble walking for long periods. She was fine till the other day, I was using warm compress to clean some stuck on poop that was not on her vent, I did not pull it off just kept using warm paper towels to soften the poop so it would come off gently. She was fine after we clean her off butt, notice today she is walking like she was just hatched. She reacts when I place my finger under her foot by curling her toes. She is eating and drinking fine though she does not stand for long as she did a couple of days ago. She will pull back her legs when you pick her up and very vocal. Her poop is normal and she does move around the brooder box with Blue. I am raching out to see if maybe someone else had this issue and if so what can I do the strenghten her to walk like she did before. Please any suggestion I will take to help her. She is very alert and moves she just seems to have trouble walking. Now when she does sit she seems to favor her left leg. I am so worried and sad because I don't know how to help her.

She is following Blue around the box pecking at the stretch we put down, drinking and eating she will stand to clean or fluff her self

No where can I get them my Producers is out of them and the electro
