Trouble Walking?

I'm not sure how long it takes a duckling to learn to walk, my duckling hatched about twelve hours ago and he just kind of hops and wobbles around, does anyone know how long t takes for a duckling to learn to walk?

And is it possible for a duckling to be born spray leg?

All of my ducklings learned to walk pretty quickly, probably withing 12 hours... They are a little wobbly at first. I think ducks can have splayed legs, but I haven't encountered it. When you pick him up does he paddle his legs like he is walking/swimming? Give him a few more hours, and let us know how he's doing! I would assume treating a duckling for splayed legs would be a lot like treating a chick.
