TROUBLE with water wiggler???

my incubator works well, with the water heater thermostat turing on and off the light keeping it about 100 degrees, but the probe inside the wiggler says about 93-94....whats o\\going wrong? shouldnt it be like 99.5ish?

How long ago did you put the water wiggler in? It takes a while for the water to come up to be the same temperature as the air.
