Troubled leg

we have a month old turkey that has hurt its leg today. My children were cleaning out the kennel they are staying in right now. While they were cleaning it out, they put the other turkeys in the shower to keep them in one area. Apparently, one of the turkeys got its leg stuck in the shower and drain and my son decided to not ask me for help but take it out himself. He swears he was gentle but he is 6, gentle is not something he knows. Now the turkey can stand, but its legs are spread far apart and it is not walking around a lot. I think it has dislocated it knee, any suggestions on what to do. I do not want to go to the vet and get x-rays or anything like that, but I do want it to be able to walk correctly.
