Is there anyone here I can ask DOT regulation questions of? I'm a Safety Manager in my office and I really don't wanna call the Field Office with my questions. They give too much of a run around and I don't have time to sit on hold

So if you're out there, here's my only question (for now):
Is it a requirement of the drivers to keep a Safety Regulations manual in their truck?
I keep a few in the office but I was just told it's required in each truck as well.
True? False? Any ideas from the ones who know?

My husband who has a CDLA says yes. If stopped by state police or DOT they will ask to see the manual.
