I’ll see if she/he will cooperate more tomorrow. What might be indicating boy? New to chickens and trying to learn.

It's an ameraucana, not EE. It's got a pretty large red comb which sometimes indicates boy, but at this age without a side shot it's harder to tell. If I had to guess from that picture alone I'd say pullet - it doesn't scream boy.
