True Blue Ameraucana roo??

This chick was sold to me as a True Blue Ameraucana... Turned out Splash, not a big deal, I understand Blue does not breed true.
It is my first true Aneraucana, are they all this small?? And it is looking like a pullet to me, not a roo??
It (he) is going to be 11 weeks old on Monday (same age as the SFH & Legbar in the 2nd picture) and as you can see he is the same size as my 6 week old chicks (3rd picture).

I am 110% sure about the age, I only got 4 chicks that order (2nd picture) and (s)he was one of them. June 1, 2015 = birth date.
He sort of is, yes. He spunks up (head and tail high) when he runs around with the other chicks and can be very feisty. He holds his own around the much larger (ever grown) chickens! But when you hold him or he is standing in one place, he hunches over like that. Is he maybe sick? And that is why (s)he is so small?

It certainly doesn't look normal or healthy to me. I have no idea what could be wrong with it, but it's certainly not a normal chick. It could be stunted by illness. When did that hunching up start? Are you using medicated feed? Any bloody poop? When chicks are sick, the most likely culprit is coccidia.

He looks small and like he may not be feeling well. Does he behave like the other chickens? Are his poops normal? Cocci can stunt growth and will eventually kill the chick. Mine had it and their poops were normal, however they just weren't thriving. I lost two and then as a last resort, because I wasn't sure what was wrong, I treated them with ALL (even the ones that appeared healthy) with Corid. My entire flock responded and began growing and became more active. I think I may have have lost them all in time had I not treated them.

I don't think it's a pure Ameraucana, or not a good quality one (besides whatever health issues it has). The beard is minimal, and the legs aren't a nice even slate color.

I agree the bird looks ill or something. I'm leaning toward pullet for gender, but whatever issues it has that's stunted it's growth could easily be inhibiting sex characteristics. Either way, it's not an animal that belongs in the gene pool.
