Move her to her own place.If you leave her in the nesting box others will add eggs and even bother her. I personally let a broody out once a day, but provide food and water in the brooding cage. I also let them reenter the flock as soon as they want to take the chicks (ducklings) out. If your broody has never hatched eggs before you may want to keep a couple eggs in the incubator just in case she doesn't follow through.
