Truth vs myth on guineas

They are suppose to go after and attack snakes but i see them ignore snakes.

ONly bird i have seen kill snakes is muscovy ducks and turkey i am talking snakes over 2 feet

QUestion guinea fowl and muscovy ducks, my drake trys to pick fights with them


Has this ever happened? To anyone?

I have a muscovys and they are laying but I can tell they are going to go broody soon but last year a cat got into where the duck was with here ducklings and the Drake was with them and the only reason I know the cat got in was it was laying under the Drake's feet so I can see that a muscovys would fight with snake more than guennia s but where I live the biggest snake is an earth wworm
