I like the rooster showing up again and again lol and aww babies hatching !!! .. my first chicken were some japenese breed but dont think they were silkies .. it was some my mom and dad got .. i would have been about 2-3 so it was a long time ago .. the first ones i got when i started my own flock were mottled javas .. but dog got them and a lot of others during a raid unfortunately .

.. the only thing i have left of my first original purchase is two peking ducks ....
