When I'm stressed about something I go out, grab a lawn chair, and sit with the chickens where there's no noise to bug me. Sometimes I even take a book out to read.

Ive done that before.... i have tiny the terro that lives in the bedroom to.. i got her out earlier and listened to her little serama songs lol
