Hmm I would ask monarch or one of the quail experts but maybe just maybe bump the humidity up to 50% for the first 14 or so days and 65ish % for the last few. I read somewhere that quail eggs are so small they lose moister and dry out easer , Im no expert though so find one of the experts and ask them monarch has a good sticky thread in the other bird place down the way a bit on the index .
Good luck
Or find Akane she hatches quail like candy

I agree, I have much better hatches with the humidity a bit higher. I would say that it needs to be at least 45% during the incubation, and no less than 65% during the hatch.

Did you check the last eggs you had, after the hatch, to see if there had been development in the other eggs?

Thanks i will bump it up a little. no i didnt i wish i would have that was only my 2nd hatch with quail eggs my first hatch was some of my chickens i had 15 eggs and got 13 it was a great for my 1st time so i got the addiction and tried the quail so this will be my 3rd hatch. The eggs are from the ones that are from my 1st quail hatch so we will see if they are fertile i have 8 male and 6 females in the same pen so i think they are fertile.

Just an FYI, having too many males can cause problems with fertility. Too much fighting and not enough 'action'.
