I now have 16 more eggs in my incubator. My first hatch was 25% due to humidity issues. I have 3 cute fluffies and one that needed culling.

Then Husband ate my hatching eggs.

So I now have more in there hoping for a better hatch this go-round.

Here's to a good hatch in June!

I'm sorry...I know it isn't funny...But I am still giggling about your hubby eating your hatching eggs.

Bad sense of humor.

Hey, if Husband is going to eat my hatching eggs, thank goodness he took our yardbird eggs and not some designer eggs I paid for!

Lord wouldn't that be awful? Eating 60$ worth of shipped eggs or something? I actually hide what I want to try to hatch because of fears of that sort of thing.

I'm really glad you're trying again, it's the only way to learn. Good for you!

Yes, good luck.

I am beginning to think that this incubation habit is more or less like having a gambling addiction.

Fun, but the results can be very dubious! But fun. And exciting.

I've been keeping my hatching eggs in the bathroom next to the incubator. That way I remember to turn them- and nobody wants to eat anything that was in the bathroom! Remember that Seinfeld episode? Blech!
