I feel I'm starting to crowd up the boards with all my questions. I've searched for a posting on this, along with googling it but nothing. I tried to upload a photo but I'm having a hard time with it. I'll try again later.
One of my chicks opens his mouth, squints his eyes and nothing comes out. His head & neck are moving as if he is saying something. He does it over and over again. Is he/she trying to chirp or crow? Is this a common trait that all chickens do rather hen or roo?
