Trying to diagnose my duck

She may have an infection - bacterial, viral or fungal. Can you get her to a vet? A good duck vet is best.

Hi Amiga......Do ducks get Gout.....They were on layer before laying.....Possible improper diet?.......Only asking....

My Ducks are Fed Duck finisher and old style scratch with lots of veggies.......

Not gout that I know of - but joint inflammation - sometimes from infection or injury. Turmeric can help. So can T relief or similar

The nearest town is 30 min away and just has a vet for cats and dogs.

Dog and cat vets can still have a lab run fecal tests.

Yes but from my experiences with previous animals, they have to send it away like a doctors office would. They mostly just do spay and neutering and basic shots there.
Either way I will call in and see what they say to do, I'm just antsy that it'll take a bit longer.
My duck is starting to look a bit better though. She's moving around a bit more at least.

No I haven't dewormed them. I wasn't aware that would be an issue. I'll talk to the vet about that too then.
