Trying to do math

So I have chicken eggs in the incubator scheduled to go on lockdown on Friday. 3 days ago I put a duck egg in there and its developing as it should. Im just wondering if putting the chickens into lockdown will effect the development of the duck egg??

Probably not this early on, just lower the humidity back down after your chicken eggs hatch. I don't know what damage will be done not turning the egg for 3 days, but the chicks sometimes roll the eggs around anyway.
