We have a beautiful EE who I think is a boy. I think I heard him try to crow this week, but it was a baby crow, so don't want to believe it!

Could you give me your opinions? He/she is about 8 weeks old, is now bigger than his sisters(of different breeds) and pretty bossy.
Thanks for your help in advance!

red patches on the shoulders always indicate roos...He is and will be very pretty
I obviously had no idea about that. Yes, he will be pretty, but unfortunately can't keep him

plus look at those fat legs for his age...I bet they are a third bigger than his sisters? That would def. confirm a roo for you as well
I never thought about his legs that much, but you are right, they are pretty huge!

Thanks for your help!

Vancouv6- You're the first person I've seen from Vancouver, mostly I just see Portland people!!! I'm just a few minutes away in Washougal. I would take your rooster for you, but (according to my husband) we already have one too many.

Yes, not many that I have seen from SW Washington either! Thanks for the offer, if you have any friends who might want him, please let me know. I have a couple possibilities of places to give him to already, but it's nice to have options. It's hard to give up "a baby"! Thanks again and nice talking to you.
