Trying to figure out if this is a breed / cross breed and what breed is it?

My neighbor gave us this rooster and he is very friendly and takes care of three RIR hens. Just wondering if he's a breed or cross breed and if anyone knows what that may be. The neighbor acquired these at the university she attends as they were going to euthanize them (she gave us 6) when they were a couple months old. Any information is welcome.

Thanks for the information! I now know that my other rooster is a black sex link. I'm new to the chicken world and welcome the info. I checked out the pictures of your polish bantams, they are beautiful!

I agree, probably a red sex link roo.
