Trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong

Yeah, like I wouldn't worry about the fertility if you're having development in most. If they developed but die off, it sounds like an incubator problem, not fertility problems

Rcom's are amazing incubators! I have one and I love it. I usually get 100% fertility and hatch rates from it. I just hatched nine out of nine turkey eggs. It sounds like it might be a problem with fertility then.

I have Rcoms too! I do watch the temperatures though with additional thermometers and I have had to adjust them. I incubate at 30% or less humidity and 99.7'F. I just hatched 20 out of 20 Bresse chicks.
