Trying to find out the breed of this turkey

We are in Eastern PA. I’ve looked at a bunch of pictures of turkeys, honestly didn’t know there were so many breeds, and think he looks like a mix of the Fall Fire and Sweetgrass. If would be interested in breeding would it matter which breed hen we got? I’m a horse person and know you can sell a mix breed but it’s still not the same as a full blood offspring, but don’t have much experience outside the horse-world but would think it was the same.

You could breed him with any hen you could get. Depending on the hen and his genetics, you could get many different color turkeys. You could still sell them but you would have a mix of colors and it could be hard telling what they would be. People usually look for a specific color bird.
