Trying to get my trophie

Howdy all I'm ad. Been here for four years now
Apparently I never introduce myself yet. My previous coop I had rir and ameracaunas. Now after my divorce my new coop is bigger and better than ever. I have barred rock rir amaraucana and a couple I can't identify. I also just been gifted 4 Muscovy ducks which are very interesting and I have such a learning curve in regards to uping protien levels in feed as I purchased 600lbs of feed a week ago! I'm loving it so much I have actually started to enlarge my coop and have added an additional 100 feet to their run!

Oh I live in a old farm house my neighbor has on the back side of his property, but is VERY disappointed about my roosters: he cant hear them crow!!!!!!!

"Now after my divorce my new coop is bigger and better than ever." She didn't get the coop! Congrats on that win!
As far as upping protein, you could boil them some eggs each week. That's what I've been doing since mine went into a heavy molt. I mash them up so they don't look like eggs and sprinkle just a smidgen of scratch over them and offer it to them is a 12" pan. The chickens love it. Yesterday they went into a feeding frenzy over them...

Oh wait just reread your post...600lbs of feed?! Ok you must have alot of birds....the egg thing would probably take way too long to make if you have a ton of birds.
