Mine are all white and ugly lol! I had forgotten who I ordered from and wanted to order a 2nd batch and then got superstitious. This batch is doing so well, I would like to keep everything the same. Finally figured out I had ordered from Moyers and they actually had the shortest back order times (I had no idea you had to order well in advance to get the shipping date you wanted!)
I weighed 10 of them today. They range from 3lb 6oz to 4lb 14 oz.
I also talked to the processor, he said to stick with 8 weeks unless they look like they cant walk any more. So far they are active if you want to call it that. Poor things are so funny--they do regular chicken things for a very short time and then sit down again.
