They are 3 weeks old, I let my flock outside today to have a field trip since it was in the low 80s and sunny, so I snapped a couple pictures seeing if anyone knew the breed and or some marker that tells gender since they were straight run.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Chick #1 --S'mores

The first one appears to have a rose comb, so maybe some kind of Wyandotte--they come in lots of colors.

It will be easier to tell breed and gender when they're several weeks older than they are now.

Where did you get them?

they are about 2 months old now I think the one with browns is a rooster.

They look like easter Eggers but I don’t know that TSC sells Easter egger bantams. They both have beautiful colors and I’ve seen that the more spotty the colors indicate a male. But I’m no expert.

I think the lighter one looks like an Easter Egger pullet.

The darker one makes me think of the rooster pictured here:

So you might have a Quail d'Anver cockerel.

I think yours has a rose comb and muff/beard, and there aren't many breeds with that combination (but d'Anvers do have both of those traits.)
