Trying to identify breed

Hi,
I have a rooster and a hen I added to my flock a year ago but they are way smaller than my reds I thought they were stunted but I can't seem to find a breed they look like.. any ideas?

I thought the second one might be a leghorn, not the white kind but the other - I am blanking on the color variant!

Yeah I haven't been able to find a close match ...well they had chicks they are hatching right now so just wondering
