Trying to not count my chicks before they hatch

Congrats. The waiting game is tough!
Yes it is! And thank you. I'm really mainly concerned about my cracked bantam egg at this point. It seems fine at the moment. I'm just hoping that the crack isn't too severe and it can make it until hatch day.

Unfortunate news this morning. I checked on the eggs one last time last night and one of the eggs had externally pipped and I could hear chirping. I checked them again this morning around 8 and there was no progress. I could see a small bit of blood and no longer felt or heard movement. I put it back under the Turkey just to be on the safe side hoping that all was well and that the chick was just taking a break. I just checked again and as she raised up I could see pieces of shell all around her but not solid pieces like after hatching. I looked around and found this sweet little chick just lying there completely lifeless. It appears as though the mama Turkey had tried to help the chick out of its shell. She hadn't touched the chick itself. The yolk wasn't completely absorbed yet. It looks as though it hit a blood vessel while pipping. I then checked the other egg that had internally pipped yesterday morning and there was still no external pip. I couldn't hear chirping and there was no movement so I decided to candle it. Again, no movement and I saw the dreaded blood spots inside of it. It looks as though it may have hit a blood vessel as well. I've had this happen once before so I know what I'm looking for when this happens. I went ahead and put a small hole in the air cell and again nothing. I placed the egg back under the Turkey in hopes that I am wrong but I'm not holding my breath on this one. If nothing has happened by this evening than I will open it and confirm exactly what went wrong.
On a positive note, my 3rd WE egg has externally pipped. This egg had been cracked and repaired with tape so I'm beyond ecstatic that it is hatching. I placed it under my bantam hen the day that it was repaired since she is a lot smaller than my Turkey in hopes that it would not be damaged anymore than it was.

Forgot to mention that mama is a blue laced Americana and daddy is my RIR. She was in the coop with him when the other rooster paid a visit.

Ok so here's an update...2 of my EEs never made it past the pipping point. I had 1 hatch 3 days ago. Today is day 20 for my 3 Buff eggs. 1 has started to internally pip and it appears as though the other 2 may have died within the last couple of days. I but them back under mama just incase. My 1 cracked bantam egg that I have is still doing great, however, I have no idea what day it is on lol. It looks as though it should be hatching any day now. I have another bantam hen that has gone broody. She was sitting on 10 eggs. I candled them on day 4 and only 5 were fertilized. Yesterday I went to check on the eggs while she was off the nest and 1 had been pecked at. It was of course rotten and was oozing. I candled again today to check on the remaining 4 and looks as though 3 of them may have been infected and were quitters. I'm still unsure about the last one. It looks as though it may have been developing a blood ring. I will candle it again in a couple of days. But anyways, here's a pic of the chick that hatched. This was the morning after it hatched. It is perfectly healthy and doing great. Now just hoping for my 1 buff and 1 cracked bantam egg to hatch within the next day or so.
