if you guys can do it. DO IT!!!! You'd NEVER See that much acreage and that decient ofa house for that price here!!!! for that much money you get a very very small lot not even an acre and a house that's falling apart visably from the outside *sigh*

That is a STEAL! We can not get a house for less than 100,000 on five acres. Land cost around $5 thousand or better even it is heavily wooded.
